Who we are
Chimica Vemar Srl was born in 1989 in Arzignano (VI), beating heart of the tanning industry, from the idea of Pierluigi Vantin and Giancarlo Marcheluzzo.
The two founders were both technicians in a tannery, Mr. Vantin in the wet-end, Mr. Marcheluzzo in the finishing.
Thanks to their deep knowledge of the needs and challenges of a tanner, they built up the company, placing service to the customer at the center, a value that has been communicated for more than 30 years to all company functions.
Chimica Vemar today has three premises (two in Veneto and one in Tuscany) and more than 30 employees, including 9 sales technicians and 12 internal technicians.
Our technical team is at the service of our customers for assistance during production, research, and development of new articles.
With 6,000 sqm of warehouses, the company is able to provide quick delivery, satisfying requests of our customers the same day or on a working day.

Chimica Vemar is specialized in the supply of high quality chemical products for the tanning industry, the production of luxury leather goods, footwear, technical footwear, upholstery, and automotive.
We provide our customers with customized and ready to use chemical products that enable them to obtain excellent and steady results while keeping the production process simple.
Our partnerships
The company has prestigious partnerships with chemical producers such as Dermakim Srl, for which Chimica Vemar is the representative for Veneto, and Schill&Seilacher, for which Chimica Vemar is the exclusive distributor for the leather industry in Veneto, Tuscany, Lombardy, and Friuli Venezia Giulia.
Schill&Seilacher is a German international company that is a leader in fatliquors, with specific lines for fireproof and waterproof articles.
Dermakim Srl supplies a wide range of products for drum processes; it is a leader in chemicals for soaking,, liming, and tanning.
Chimica Vemar is also an associate of UNPAC (Unione Nazionale Produttori Italiani Ausiliari Conciari).
